Shipping Information:
All orders placed online are shipped the same day Monday - Friday up until
4:00 CST
In most cases all orders placed online before 4:00pm CST and phone orders placed
before 3:30pm CST will ship the same business day. In some cases it may
require an additional business day before shipment.
ProductQuest Uses the Following Shipping
methods
We normally ship via postal Service (USPS). We ship USPS First Class Mail which
normally takes 3-8 business days and priority mail which usually takes 2-3
business Days. We also use Fed Ex Ground and Air. If there is an
extended delay in shipping an order we will upgrade the shipping to a faster
method free of charge! If you require your order to be shipped by a certain
carrier please put that information in the comments field in our online order
form.
Most orders are shipped the same or next
business day. Please keep in mind postal holidays when considering business
days. If an order will take an extended period to ship due to out of
stock/Back Order or ProductQuest business delay, you will be contacted to inform
you of the situation. Express/Air orders are given priority treatment and most
will ship the same business day. Please keep in mind that some areas are
subject to delays because of geographical location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated by ship method, weight, destination and value. The best
way to determine shipping cost is to enter the products into the shopping cart
and click checkout. Fill out the shipping information in the order form.
You will not actually be placing an order at this point and we will not have
your info at this point. Our Shopping cart will calculate shipping cost for the
method you specify. You can go back and change the ship method at any point
before confirming an order. information will not be saved at this point.
The shopping cart will automatically compute the shipping costs for your order.
If you wish to place an order, you can just complete the billing information and
click "Place Order." No order will be made if you do not click on the
place order button.
Undeliverable Delivery Locations
FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes. Fedex requires an actual street address.
Ship Methods
We ship USPS First Class and Priority
Mail. We try to get all orders out the same day they are ordered and if
our ground carrier has already picked up we will ship the product via Priority
Mail.
Ground orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground, Overnight orders or Air orders are
Shipped Fed Ex Air.
Special instructions are not allowed
Shipping companies do not accept special instructions like "Leave package
by the garage." or "Deliver to any other address if not home. Many
times the carrier driver will make an effort to leave with neighbor or at a
designated area. They will not always do this but depending on the area
they sometimes will.
Yes We Ship
to APO/FPO Mail Boxes
Yes we will ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses usually
require an additional business day to process. Please note that the postal
service doesn't offer tracking/delivery confirmation on APO/FPO Addresses. We
will email you letting you know the order has been shipped but we will not be
able to provide any type of tracking information.
Shipment Damage
If you receive your package and the box or package looks damaged please address
this with the driver delivering you package. Once you have your order please
inspect product and make note of any damage. Please try to keep the
package similar to the condition you received it. Please contact us
immediately. service@productquest.net
and tell us about the damaged product. Please include original order # and
your name and complete address. Also, please include a telephone where we
can contact you regarding the damaged package. We require you to contact us
within 3 business days of receipt of damaged product in order to file a claim.
We insure all products and we will have to contact carrier and they will
typically come back to your address to pick up the damaged package.
